If the Villa you are “trying” meets your expectations and you decide to buy, we will refund the amount of the rental you have paid. The rental fee will depend on the season (mid/high/low) and number of persons which will occupy the Villa. Try Before To Buy Villas are also available under the FLY TO BUY scheme, same conditions apply.

FLY TO BUY is part of our property inspection visit scheme. We offer you to rent during your inspection trip one of our villas offered for sale. If you are buying a property listed on our website during this visit, we will refund you the full amount of the rental paid. Fly To Buy Villas are available to rent for one week (Fly To Buy scheme only). The rental fee will depend on the season (mid/high/low) and the number of persons. Fly To Buy Villas can be booked at any time during the year, subject to availability. Please check the booking / availability calendar below.
